Made these yesterday morning and the whole family loved them. It really didn’t take any time at all, and if you want to make the recipe vegan you just add applesauce instead of egg. Easy peasy, I know. You’re going to love this simple, healthy breakfast fav alternative!

There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
That’s why I believe that, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You just might end up starting all over from scratch.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
Food and drinks that one diet permits, some totally different diet is likely going to forbid. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And let’s not BS ourselves. Food videos can be quite hard to resist. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense to me. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
It’s standard, conventional advice. As well it should be!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
