A friend of mine who has his own garden gives me veggies from now and then as he grows too many for a single family to eat. This past weekend he gave me a bucket full of yellow squash, so I decided to look around the internet to find some squash recipes. I liked this recipe because it seems like it isn’t all that healthy being fried, but actually it’s healthy due to the air-frying. You can use little to no oil and still get this great crispy dish! Perfect to serve in a variety of ways

Diet plans clearly abound. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
So as soon as you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You might end up in the position of starting all over again.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Makes perfect sense, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You’re going to usually develop pretty powerful cravings for whichever foods your current diet plan doesn’t let you consume, which some entirely different eating protocol fully allows, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s be honest. Recipe videos can oftentimes be 100 percent will-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense to me. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is surely common-sense weight loss. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
