There are obviously many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
That’s why I believe that, as soon as the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It will take you back to square one.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On low-calorie, you crave calories. On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s be honest. Cooking videos are, in many instances, quite knee-weakening. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This, of course, is standard, conventional advice. And this is for good reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

What I would do is compile these into a brand new folder which you can name “Low-Carb Videos,” or anything along those lines.
