There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
I believe that once the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It’ll probably have you returning to square one.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…
You’re gonna typically develop cravings for the foods and drinks that your specific diet plan won’t allow you to consume, which another eating protocol 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And one thing is clear… Meal prep videos can oftentimes be 100 percent hard to resist. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
You’ll probably recognize this as the most popular weight loss model in existence. As well it should be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. Add them to a new folder which you can label “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Meals,” or whatever you decide on.
