These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So as soon as you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It’ll probably return you to the drawing board.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Makes perfect sense, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
Items that one plan doesn’t permit, another, seemingly equally legit program completely permits, and perhaps even encourages. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s make no mistake about it… Meal prep videos are, in many cases, unbelievably will-shattering.
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems pretty logical, really. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This is common weight loss advice. There’s probably a good reason for this!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Head over to the Vegan videos category page on the site. There are more than enough videos to keep you interested and happy.
After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. Compile these bookmarks into a new bookmarks folder which can be labeled “Vegan Meal Videos,” or something else that you’ll remember.
