This video is a little different because not only is a recipe included, but theres also a taste test component. I actually had the pleasure of making and ENJOYING a vegan Beyond Meet loaf last night. let me tell you it was AMAZING. I used gluten free breadcrumbs in the mix to help it hold together a little bit, but I’m not even sure it needed it. Looked, smelled, and tasted almost exactly as I remember traditional meatloaf tasting!

Diet plans clearly abound. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
I believe that the moment the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It’ll likely take you back to the very beginning.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. The grass always seems greener on the other side. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s make no mistake about it… Recipe videos can oftentimes be ridiculously hard to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
You’ll probably recognize this as conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
