I was super stoked to find this video. Ethan’s recipe is super simple and the burgers looked great. I love that he only used three products to make these burgers, and still they look firm and as if they’ll stay together really easily. Take your ‘Meatless Monday’ to a whole new level with these little bad boys!

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
So when a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You may very well end up in the frustrating position of starting all over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Does this make sense?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s be honest here. Cooking videos are usually 100% knee-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems pretty logical, really. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is clearly conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
