Okay, here’s the story…

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

As such, once you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You just might find yourself starting all over again.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…

Food and drinks that one plan prevents you from consuming, some other program permits, and perhaps even encourages. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not kid ourselves. Culinary videos are, in many instances, pretty will-weakening.

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

Makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

This is clearly common weight loss advice. It probably earned its right to be!

Not all diets are calorie restrictive though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Bring yourself over to my Low Carb, Low- Calorie recipes category page on the site. There are more than enough videos to keep you interested and happy.

Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. What I would do is compile these into an entirely new file folder that can be named “Low Carb, Low-Calorie Meal Videos,” or something else that you’ll remember.
