Carrot and coconut is a tasty combination that I had for the first time recently in an Asian fusion restaurant. If you’re looking to change things up and try something new with a blast of flavor, this may be just what you’re looking for.

Here’s the story…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It will take you back to square one.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Does this make sense?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On low-sugar, you crave sweets. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And one thing is clear… Meal prep videos are often undeniably tough to resist. π
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This is clearly conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
