Chilled Cucumber Soup Recipe
Where I’m at the last two weeks have been filled with sunny 80 degree weather. With that, I’ve been craving something cold and refreshing that I can have for a meal that’s not a smoothie. This chilled cucumber soup with coconut milk is BEYOND delish. I know you’re all going to love it.

And now we continue…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
As such, once you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You could very well find yourself needing to start all over.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
This is extremely important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…
You’ll generally tend to develop a pretty powerful appetite for whatever foods your particular eating plan prevents you from consuming, which a competing eating plan fully permits. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s be honest here. Recipe videos are usually 100 percent tough to resist. š
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely conventional weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And you may not want to play around with those.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
