I loved this video because I wanted to learn to make hummus in a classic style. This video shows you how to make it from scratch that you would find in Isreal. For a snack, on top of a salad, as a side dish, whatever you need. Hummus can be your go to.

Here’s the story…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, the moment you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start menu planning, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You may end up in the frustrating position of having to start all over again.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
Food that one diet plan encourages, another diet program is likely gonna limit or completely forbid. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Culinary videos can oftentimes be ridiculously seductive. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is surely standard, conventional advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
