Weight Loss Recipes
Creamy Garlic Soup
A few years back my daughter went to Nepal and hiked up to base camp of Everest. One of the recipes she brought back with her was a creamy garlic soup that the trekkers drink on their journeys to help with altitude sickness. Honestly, it’s extremely delicious, and so I figured it would be a perfect share with you all

I’m hoping you got a lot from the recipe. I was pretty happy to have shared it. I’d definitely like to make it myself!

Okay, here’s the story…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. It can be overwhelming to decide.
That’s why I believe that, the moment you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You may very well end up in the frustrating position of starting all over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Food and drinks that one diet plan restricts, an entirely different diet plan totally allows, and perhaps even encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s not BS ourselves. Culinary videos are often undeniably will-weakening. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
Clearly, this is conventional weight loss advice. As well it should be!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
