There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
As such, as soon as you’ve made your choice, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You may just end up back at the drawing board.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Does this make sense?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
You’re going to generally have cravings for whatever it happens to be that your particular eating plan doesn’t let you consume, which some other system 100% encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not kid ourselves. Recipe videos can oftentimes be ridiculously difficult to resist. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is standard, conventional advice. It probably earned its right to be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. Save them in a new file folder with the name “Smoothie Videos,” or another name that resonates with you.
