There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
That’s why I believe that once a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It will take you back to the very beginning.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s not kid ourselves. Cooking videos are usually pretty damned will-weakening. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
No doubt that this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Not all diets are calorie restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Then, bookmark your favorite recipe videos right in your own browser for easy access. Compile these bookmarks into an entirely new file folder which can be named “Vegan Recipe Videos,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
