I just wanted to say a few things…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
For this reason, the moment you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You may very well end up having to start all over from scratch.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…
Food and drinks that one diet allows, and perhaps even encourages, a totally different diet program will likely disallow. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And let’s be honest here. Recipe videos are often undeniably tempting. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
No doubt that this is conventional wisdom. It probably earned its right to be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Take yourself over to the keto recipes category page right here on the site. These should certainly keep you engaged and on track.
Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. Add them to an all new folder which you can name “Keto Recipe Videos,” or something else that you’ll remember.
