Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
It’s for this reason that, when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You just may end up back at the very beginning.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On low-carb, you crave carbs. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s be honest. Food-based videos are usually unbelievably hard to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This, of course, is common-sense weight loss. It probably earned its right to be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
