Diet plans clearly abound. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
That’s why I believe that, as soon as you’ve made your choice, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It’ll probably have you returning to the beginning.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Food that one diet plan permits, and perhaps even encourages, another, seemingly equally legitimate diet will say no to. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest. Meal prep videos can oftentimes be 100% will-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
No doubt that this is common weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
