Detox Cabbage Soup Recipe
This great easy recipe is perfect for making large pots of and having for the week. Super super, mega healthy, and ultra delicious. Sometimes if i want a heartier meal i’ll throw some potatoes in the mix, but for the most part i like to keep it this simple.

Let’s chat…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
Therefore, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You might find yourself needing to start over.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Know what I mean?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
Foods that one program doesn’t allow you to consume, another, seemingly equally legit eating plan 100% allows, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s make no mistake about it… Food-based videos are usually pretty knee-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is clearly common-sense weight loss. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
