Easy Vegan Blueberry Muffins

I love this quick easy recipe for vegan blueberry muffins! They really do satisfy my sweet tooth without making me feel guilty afterward and also only uses FIVE ingredients. I never thought to use bananas either, and I’m sure it’s going to compliment the blueberries in a delicious way. In the future i’ll give these a try with different types of flours to attempt gluten free muffins.

Diet plans clearly abound. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

That’s why I believe that, as soon as a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It’ll probably return you to the beginning.

It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Makes perfect sense, right?

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

Food and drinks that one diet forbids you to consume, another, seemingly equally legitimate diet program totally allows, and perhaps even encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s tell the truth here. Food-based videos are, in many cases, undeniably tough to resist. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

It’s conventional wisdom. As well it should be!

Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
