Easy Vegan Burger Recipe
Burgers are one of my absolute go to favorite meals. I mean honestly, there is nothing better than a burger when you’re craving one. As a vegan i’m constantly trying to figure out the best recipe for a fabulous meat-free burger. This video did NOT disappoint! Soooo delicious. I 100% recommend this to anyone. Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
It’s for this reason that, once you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start menu planning, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You may end up back at the beginning of your journey.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Food that one eating plan deprives you of, another, seemingly equally legit diet plan fully permits, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest here. Culinary videos are oftentimes unbelievably irresistible. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is common-sense weight loss. And this is for good reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Then, bookmark your favorite recipe videos right in your own browser for easy access. Compile these bookmarks into an entirely new file folder which you can label “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Recipe Videos,” or another name that you happen to like.
