Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
I believe that once you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You might wind up needing to start over from scratch.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
This is extremely important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And one thing that’s clear… Culinary videos are, in many instances, extremely seductive. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This, of course, is common weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those,if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

At this point, you can start bookmarking your favorite recipe videos in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a brand new file folder bearing the name “Vegetarian-Vegan Cooking Videos,” or something else in the same vein.
