EASY VEGAN TACOS
I love this video because these two literally start out by saying how you should just throw whatever it is you like into a taco and call it a day…thats what i’m talking about! YUM. It really is so easy to make vegan tacos, filled with vegan meatless ground beef, vegan cheese, and other fresh veggies! It’s one of my favorite foods to “taco-bout”!!
I hope you enjoy this great video and quick recipe

So here’s the story…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
Therefore, when a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You may very well end up starting from scratch again.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. And let’s tell the truth here. Culinary videos are, in many instances, quite tough to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
It’s common weight loss advice. It probably earned its right to be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
