Diet plans clearly abound. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
As such, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You very well may wind up needing to start all over.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
It’s basic but hugely important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…
On low-calorie, you crave calories. On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. It’s always super tempting to dabble. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s tell the truth. Recipe videos are, in many cases, undeniably will-shattering. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This, of course, is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. It probably earned its right to be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. Add them to an all new folder that can be called “Vegan Meal Videos,” unless there something else you like better.
