I lived in NYC for a year and the best thing that happened to me was being exposed to Falafel. Easily one of my top 5 foods, and making your own is SO simple. Once you make Molly’s falafel recipe, you’ll never impulse buy it on the street again. A coarse texture is absolutely key; if the chickpeas are too finely chopped, the falafel will be dense.
Take a Look at This!

Here’s where you want to go…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. It can be overwhelming to decide.
Therefore, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. This often takes people back to the very beginning.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You’re gonna tend to develop cravings for whichever foods your current diet doesn’t allow you to consume, which a competing eating plan 100% permits. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not lie to ourselves. Food videos are oftentimes completely irresistible. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense to me. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
Clearly, this is conventional weight loss advice. It probably earned its right to be!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
Here’s My Suggestion…
Bring yourself over to the vegetarian recipe videos category page on the site. There are more than enough videos to keep you interested and happy.
Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. Compile these bookmarks into a whole new file folder with the name “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Cooking Vids,” or something else that you’ll remember.
