Are any of you with little ones at a loss for healthy fun snacks they’ll enjoy throughout the day? Well I think popcicles are great options, but usually they’re high in sugar and random ingredients you may not want your little one ingesting. This video is great because it only includes real, basic items, and you and your little one can make them together as well as enjoy them together!
In all honesty, was the Fruit and Yoghurt Popcicle Recipe video helpful? Hope that’s the case! Bringing it to you was fun. I personally think it looks pretty tasty!

I just wanted to say a few things…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
That’s why I believe that, when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You very well may wind up having to start all over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Makes perfect sense, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On calorie-restriction, you crave calorically-dense foods. On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not BS ourselves. Food videos can oftentimes be extremely knee-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
You’ll probably recognize this as common-sense weight loss. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
