Moving along…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
As such, once a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You may just end up starting all over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
This is extremely important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Food and beverages that one diet allows, and perhaps even encourages, an entirely different diet will likely disallow. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing is clear… Food-based videos can oftentimes be pretty darn will-shattering. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is clearly conventional wisdom. As well it should be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
