This is a cool recipe that I can’t wait to try out! I imagine they would be a great low-carb, healthier alternative to a traditional hash brown or potato pancake. Best part is, they’re gluten free as well

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
For this reason, as soon as the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You may very well end up needing to start all over again.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On a low-sugar diet, you crave sweets. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And one thing is clear… Recipe videos are, in many instances, 100 percent seductive. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense to me. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
It’s conventional weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
