Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
That’s why I believe that, once you’ve made your choice, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. This often takes people back to the drawing board.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And I’ve done so for one simple reason…
Food that one diet program deprives you of, a totally different diet plan completely allows. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s not BS ourselves. Culinary videos can oftentimes be extremely difficult to resist.
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more!
Clearly, this is conventional weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Then, bookmark your favorite recipe videos right in your own browser for easy access. Compile these bookmarks into an entirely new folder that you can label “smoothies Meals,” or anything in the same vein.
