Diet plans clearly abound. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So once a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You’re very likely to find yourself needing to start over from scratch.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Food and drinks that one diet program permits, and perhaps even encourages, some totally different diet will likely say no to. And let’s be honest. Recipe videos are often 100% irresistible. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This is clearly conventional wisdom. It probably earned its right to be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Take yourself over to the healthy videos category page on the site. Explore the great videos I’ve already compiled for you.
At this point, you can start bookmarking your favorite recipe videos in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a whole new bookmark folder which you can call “Healthy Videos,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
