Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

Therefore, the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just return you to square one.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Makes perfect sense, right?

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

Food that one diet program won’t allow, another diet program totally permits. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing is clear… Recipe videos can oftentimes be unbelievably seductive. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

Makes sense to me. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

This is standard, conventional advice. It probably earned its right to be!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
