These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
As such, the moment you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You could very well wind up needing to start all over.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…
Menu items that one plan disallows, some other plan allows, and perhaps even encourages. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest here. Food videos can be completely tempting. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense to me. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This is common-sense weight loss. And this is for good reason!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Then, bookmark the videos that you really enjoy in your browser. Add them to a new bookmark folder that can be named “Healthy Recipe Videos,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
