So here’s the story…

There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. It can be overwhelming to decide.

I believe that as soon as you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It’ll probably have you returning to square one.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

Make sense?

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And there’s really only one reason why…

Menu items that one diet plan permits, and perhaps even encourage, some other diet is likely gonna limit or forbid. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s tell the truth here. Food videos are oftentimes completely tempting.

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

Makes sense when you really think about it. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is clearly conventional weight loss advice. As well it should be!

Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
