This recipe is so delicious and easy – plus you’ll almost have no idea it’s not rice (but your waistline will). Ive made this meal plenty of times, and honestly you can eat it by itself or add some flavored tofu on top for some added protein. Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
So the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It may just return you to the starting line.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
This is extremely important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And there’s really only one reason why…
On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. On low-fat, you crave fat. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s be honest. Recipe videos are usually pretty damned knee-weakening. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
Clearly, this is conventional weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
