Healthy Chicken Taco Salad Recipe
I love chicken taco salad! It’s so easy and quick to whip up! I make this a lot in the summer time and it makes a perfect weekday dinner as well. You can opt for a little lighter meal by cutting out the sour cream off the top but honestly i mean, a little sour cream never hurt anyone…too bad ;p

And now we continue…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
Therefore, once you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You could very well find yourself starting all over again.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Make sense?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And there’s really only one reason why…
What one diet program disallows, some totally different diet program fully encourages. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s call a spade a spade… Recipe videos are, in many cases, unbelievably hard to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
No doubt that this is common weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
