There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So as soon as you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re quite likely to find yourself back at the beginning of your journey.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Does this make sense?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not BS ourselves. Culinary videos are oftentimes extremely tempting. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
Clearly, this is common weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
I Think You Should…

Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a whole new bookmarks folder that can be named “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Vids,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
