I think i might be the king of guacamole to be honest with you all. I have eaten an avocado at least once a day for years now, so i’m no stranger to good guacamole recipe. This is the best guacamole recipes (like the one in this video) are simple to make and use fresh, high quality ingredients. Authentic Mexican guacamole doesn’t contain fillers and unnecessary ingredients. All you need are a few fresh items and suddenly you’ve got a dip for the Gods.

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
I believe that the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just take you back to the starting line.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Does this make sense?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
Menu items that one diet program won’t allow you to consume, a whole other diet plan fully allows, and perhaps even encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And one thing that’s clear… Recipe videos can be quite seductive. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This, of course, is common weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
