I love creative recipes. The idea that you can turn cauliflower into a creamy and delicious sauce with a little addition of roasted garlic and parmesan is beyond great. You can even make this recipe vegan by simply skipping the cheese or using a veg friendly alternative.

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
It’s for this reason that, once you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just return you to square one.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
I cannot overstate how important this is.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On sugar-restriction, you crave sweets. On calorie-restriction, you crave calorically-dense foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s call a spade a spade… Recipe videos can oftentimes be pretty damned irresistible. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is clearly standard, conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
