I’m so excited for this recipe! Being Dairy and Sugar free makes me feel a lot better about such a hearty meal like a scampi. I also love that the video is only 5 minutes long. I don’t have time to listen to 12 and 13 minute recipe videos all of the time, so this is perfect if you want to know how to make a meal really quickly. I hope you guys enjoy and give it a try!

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
So once you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You could very well end up starting all over, from scratch.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
You will usually develop cravings for whatever foods your diet program deprives you of, which some completely different eating protocol totally encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s call a spade a spade… Food videos can be quite knee-weakening. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This, of course, is conventional weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

At this point, you can start bookmarking your favorite recipe videos in your browser. Save them in a brand new bookmark folder which can be labeled “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Meal Videos,” unless there’s another name you like better.
