Anyway, welcome! My name is Michael Prevatt and this is DietRecipeVideos. You being here makes me pretty happy. I get pretty excited about watching delicious-looking, healthy cooking videos. I’m not the only one, it seems. 🙂

Diet plans clearly abound. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
That’s why I believe that, when you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You may end up having to start all over.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s be honest here. Recipe videos are often pretty difficult to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This is clearly the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!
