Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. It can be overwhelming to decide.
As such, once a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You’re quite likely to wind up needing to start all over.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Does this make sense?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
You’re going to usually develop a pretty powerful appetite for the foods that your diet plan doesn’t let you consume, which another diet system permits. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s tell the truth here. Cooking videos are oftentimes pretty damned will-shattering.
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
It’s standard, conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Not all diets are calorie restrictive though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. What I would do is compile these into a whole new file folder named “Paleo Videos,” or whatever you decide on.
