There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
So the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just return you to square one.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Makes perfect sense, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On a low-calorie diet, you tend to crave calorie-rich foods. It’s always super tempting to dabble. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s make no mistake about it… Food-based videos are, in many instances, 100% difficult to resist.
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This, of course, is standard, conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Not all diets are calorie restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

Then, bookmark your favorite recipe videos right in your own browser for easy access. What I would do is compile these into an all new bookmarks folder named “Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Gluten Free Meals,” or something like that.
