As a vegan, i am always looking for healthy, filling breakfast meals i can incorporate into my days. You can only eat oatmeal so many days in a row…I am obsessed with avocados, and bead so avocado toast is a no-brainer! This video shows you the basics, and then from there you can add a bunch of different toppings. Enjoy!

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
So the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just have you returning to the starting line.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
You generally tend to develop a pretty powerful appetite for whichever items your specific diet program restricts, which a completely different diet protocol fully permits, and perhaps even encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And one thing is clear… Meal prep videos can be quite will-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This is surely common weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Then, ensure quick and easy future access to each of your favorite recipes by simply bookmarking them in your browser. Create a brand new folder which you can call “**DIET TYPE (LOW-CARB, VEGAN, PALEO, ETC)** Cooking Videos,” unless there’s another name you like better.
