I love this lighter version of the classic caesar dressing! It’s vegan friendly as well which is a plus, and uses hummus as a base instead of cashews or tofu which I see in other recipes a lot for caesar dressings.

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. It can be overwhelming to decide.

That’s why I believe that, the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It may just take you back to the very beginning.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.

The importance of this cannot be overstated.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And there’s really only one reason why…

Foods that one plan permits, an entirely different plan is likely gonna disallow. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest. Culinary videos can be 100 percent irresistible. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

Seems pretty logical, really. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

It’s the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
