I’m new to the matcha scene, even though my daughters are not. I’ve seen a lot of info on this being a great alternative for people who need caffeine but are not very tolerant of coffee, or are just looking for something to change up their morning habit. Not to mention its very beneficial to your body!

Here’s where you want to go…
Diet plans clearly abound. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So as soon as you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re quite likely to find yourself needing to start over from scratch.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Food and beverages that one diet allows, some totally different diet is likely going to not allow. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest. Culinary videos are often pretty damned difficult to resist. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Seems pretty logical, really. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This, of course, is the most popular weight loss model in existence. As well it should be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
