There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

So once the choice has been made, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It may just return you to square one.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Pretty basic stuff, right?

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

Menu items that one diet program permits, and perhaps even encourages, another diet program is likely gonna banish. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s tell the truth here. Food-based videos are oftentimes 100% will-shattering. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is standard, conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

After that, go ahead and start bookmarking the videos that you like in your browser. Save them in a whole new folder with the name “Keto Recipe Vids,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
