Alright Keto friends, here’s an idea for breakfast on the weekend! The video makes this recipe look almost like custard, with a nice rich cheesy sauce. I can tell it will prob have a little spice to it with the ground cayenne pepper, but if you’re not into that then you can pass on it!

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
I believe that when a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It may just have you returning to the beginning.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
Does this make sense?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. On low-fat, you crave fat. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest here. Food videos are, in many instances, pretty darn hard to resist. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense to me. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is standard, conventional wisdom. It probably earned its right to be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
