I loved watching Catherine’s recipe because she’s someone who is actually doing keto. It’s easy to go through recipes and pick one they think is healthy, but i prefer listening to someone who is working toward progress and is excited to share something they’ve tried that has worked. I can’t wait to try this keto friendly pizza. just typing it made me happy! haha

Diet plans clearly abound. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
It’s for this reason that, once a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just return you to the drawing board.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
What one program permits, an entirely different eating plan will likely deprive you of. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Recipe videos are, in many cases, unbelievably difficult to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
No doubt that this is common-sense weight loss. As well it should be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
