During the warmer summer days, making a hot soup is one of the last things that you think about making, but with the weather as moody as ever, about once a month we have a freak cold day between scorchers. On those days I have the perfect recipe for my low carb and Keto friends. This crockpot buffalo chicken soup is sure to be a family favorite!

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
It’s for this reason that, when you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You just might end up needing to start all over.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
What one plan permits, an entirely different diet program is likely gonna banish. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s not kid ourselves. Food-based videos are oftentimes unbelievably tempting. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This, of course, is standard, conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
