Keto Pizza Stuffed Zucchini Recipe
I love zucchini recipes, as they work well for many different diets people follow. This particular recipe mimics a pizza with its toppings, but unlike pizza it remains LOW CARB and KETO friendly.

Moving on…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
So as soon as the choice has been made, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You’re likely to find yourself having to start all over.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. On a low-sugar diet, you crave sweets. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing that’s clear… Meal prep videos are usually completely tempting. š
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This is clearly standard, conventional advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
