I really love this video because we get two different options for the time it would take for one video. I’ve heard a lot about the Keto diet, and low carb diets in general, and have seen how easily people lose weight on them BUT AT WHAT COST?! no pizza? come on, that’s not realistic….or is it? Here we get shown how to make a cauliflower crust pizza and then the fathead crust which is a product i’ve been seeing a lot in the keto-universe. I’m personally partial to cauliflower crust, but hopefully out of the two options you all find one that will satisfy a little pizza craving 🙂

Here’s the story…
There are obviously many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
It’s for this reason that, when the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It may just return you to the starting line.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Makes perfect sense, right?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not kid ourselves. Culinary videos can oftentimes be 100 percent irresistible. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems pretty logical, really. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This is surely common weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
